Unfortunately, WE MADE AN ERROR and sent this customer the incorrect boots. We told him to keep those boots as shipping them would be an inconvenience for him as the buyer and expense for us as the seller. We refunded his purchase as well. The other boots are currently in transit to him. And he still left a negative comment on our page. Peace can happen when we resolve things before going public.
