Shipped promptly (although USPS took their time delivering), adequately packaged (it's a block of wood!), as described (more-or-less; I would have said tiger stripe rather than quilt) and good value for money. There's a flaw not shown in the photo, but it's on the corner and will probably turn away. The dark stripe down the middle, which I worried might be the center of the tree, turns out to be a dark stripe and nothing more.
