They really don't make them like they used to. This is the best version of the standard ThinkPad you can probably get. The seller was very communicative and accommodating. Honestly, they went above and beyond my expectations. Having sold about 1,000 T430s laptops since 2019, I have been stocking only the HD+ laptops for the past several years.
