    Sorry for delayed reply.On the first occasion, whoever the courier was did not leave a card or even meet me to to be able to state I refuse delivery !!!, I didn t even see the package, my first knowledge was the email staying that.My crititism was not of you but the courier, there choice of language shows a little ignorance, but there you go.....what s new ?!.     tracking shows buyer refused the delivery, why...I have no idea! They raised bad feedback rather than contact me to resolve.
