    As per normal, these guys are great and quickly get a parcel ready. I've used them a few times for my project bike, and they have been nothing but great. I even had to phone them up, and they were helpful and polite. I have bought the item described as the item you get, so the imagery is bang on. If anything, the condition is slightly better than what is displayed. Packaging is secure, and the value. What is there to argue about?
