    More consistent readings

    For many years I was given glucose testers made by several different manufacturers. Because of the HIGHLY DIVERGENT readings, I started testing with TWO TESTERS, ON blood drawn from TWO DIFFERENT FINGERS,within 2-3 MINUTES one after the other, with but BOTH STRIPS sampling the SAME DROPLET of blood. Bottom line: ACCU-CHEK Aviva Plus CONSISTENTLY gave more CONSISTENT readings than the others (Bayer Contour and even the latest: Tru Metrix). I have TWO YEARS worth of data to back this up.

    Cost less than insurance deductable

    CON. Item is close to USDA shelf life. PRO. Shelf Life is VERY conservative and I will use the test strips within 6 months.

    Far less expensive for the exact same product. Box was sealed and the strips work as they should. Diabetic people tend to get ripped off and charged high prices for test strips and medication, not so in this case-Thank You! Ken Knepper
