    Beware this seller drop ships Amazon packages. So they will give you a non existing tracking number from Aquiline. So you will have no idea when your package is coming. But it was delivered by the latest date it said on eBay. The product looks good and was packaged well. It’s looks to be in good condition. I did try and message the seller with no response.     Great upgrade

    In my opinion unless your just a fanatic about keeping your old car with points there is no reason not to get one of these systems .We installed the Pertronix ignition and the flamethwower coil in a 67 mustang in about 20 minutes .Faster starts, smoother idle and overall better performance .A friend of mine installed one in his 1970 caddy with the same results...highly recommended....and the distributor still looks bone stock...............

    Works with points, car fires right up now

    I bought this for my 1971 Ford LTD with the 400, it’s basically stock, and I bought this and was weary that it would work with stock points, well it works with stocks points and the car fires right up, has tons of low end torque and the points haven’t blown up! Great price and Pertronix was an answer to prayer, no more hard starts using starter fluid, no more nothing, awesome product!

    Works great

    I ordered this coil after receiving the Pertronix electronic ignition upgrade for my 1954 Ford NAA. This coil has the required 1.5 ohms resistance for the electronic ignition. Cold starting and operation has been flawless since installation.

    couldn't use it

    I thought I was calling Pertronix to find out which coil I needed. Turns out it was a guy from Ponderosa Mustang. He told me i needed this coil so I ordered it. Then I found out from Juan at Pertronix that they did not make a coil that will work with breaker points ignition. So I was left with a coil I couldn't use. I sold it at a loss.
