Yul Brynner, Lee Van Cleef, and Leonard Nimoy all make rare appearances in these obscure gangster flicks from the 1940s and '50s. These are films from a time period when Hollywood knew a thing or two about how to produce a good hard-boiled noir and set the standard for all Mafia films and TV series to follow. All four of the movies featured here--THE BIG COMBO, JOHNNY ONE-EYE, KID MONK BARONI, and PORT OF NEW YORK--might have slipped under the radar next to more iconic film noirs, but they are each classics in their own right.     Poor picture!

    Horrible picture. Lots of status and lines across the screens. Not good acting either. Returning all 3!
