    Economical printer with good quality

It is a pretty fast printer for the price. The document feeder works, but is a little touchy at times; take some getting used to. Printed pictures come out fairly good, but as it is not a true photo printer, not great. Overall a nice printer and with the EcoTank system an inexpensive printer to use. Ink refills for 7500 pages (2 years worth of prints? time will tell) costs half what one set of cartridges on my older printer.

  • Top critical review

Older model was better. and cheaper!

Scan function will not let you add pages to the file like the older eco printer I had. It is with hard wire or wifi not both together.

  • Pretty

I have been looking for a way to upgrade my printer and try to save ink at the same time. I think this printer is what I've been looking for. It's pretty easy to install, and it's not bad. The print quality could be a little better (more solid blacks), but for what I need to do, it's working great. This is the first time I did a wireless setup for a printer, and it worked just great.

  • small, compact with good features

The printer meets my expectations....only wish it had two paper trays though like my workhorse Epson has. Also the display screen print is very small and hard to read when sun shines in room. Other than that, printer is good indeed.

  • Top notch!

Printer was easy to set up and get onto network. I am super happy that I will be saving a lot on ink now! Only drawback is that it is somewhat noisy, but so far wife has not complained. :)

  • LIGHTWEIGHT WITH GREAT FEATURES AT A GREAT PRICE

The ecotank system is super easy to refill and the price of refills far beats the cost of cartridges for the same amount of printing. It is lightweight and doesn't take up much desktop space. I like the easy to use duplex option. One of my drawbacks for this machine is the small screen. I definitely need my glasses to read it, but overall it is super easy to use. Without hesitation, when it is time to replace my 'cartridge' printer at home, it will be replaced with one of these.

  • Best darn printer an underpaid, overworked teacher can have!

I teach special needs students with autism. My #SpedTeacher life revolves around visuals, velcro, Amazon Prime and coffee! This printer has been a true workhorse! I need a stronger word than LOVE for this printer because it is making my job so much easier! The initial expense was totally worth it because it comes with full sized set of color and black ink, not a sample size. I've already gone through 2 and a half reems of white cardstock printing and the black is about 1/3rd gone and the colors around 1/4th to 1/3rd. The print is bright and true. I feel like the printer is well made as well. Most of the cheaper printers I've had eat ink and their ink is so expensive but Epson is a great value there as well! I highly recommend this printer! Don't let the price scare you because it's worth it!

  • Completely satisfied

So far, 3 weeks, I have no cons. The pros are: relatively small footprint, Full spectrum functions, good print quality, sufficiently large paper tray, easy setup and, the "back of the mind" comfort of feeling that I can print at will without constantly woring about running out of ink. Also, the price for refill bottles, when that time does come, is amazingly reasonable. The printer is not particularly inexpensive to buy but that is likely due to the fact that the usual inkjets, that can be bought for up to a third or fourth of the price, were probably hooks to get people to buy expensive replacement ink cartirdges. Here you pay for a good printer, up front, and save a nice amount on keeping it in ink from then on. However, if you shop around, you can get a good price quote, as I did.

  • Wonderfully easy to use and setup

A remarkable value given the cost of printing supplies for the smaller throw-away printers on the market today. Yes, it seems pricey, but when you consider the laser and inkjet it is replacing, it is a true bargain. The cost of toner and ink for the other printers was actually higher than the price of the printers - how does that make sense?

  • printer is fair but not the best

Hard to set it up wireless scan and fax color print is fad could be the quality of ink not as good
