  • All I want to do is create great breads after reading this.

Love reading about the journey to create the best artisan breads from old and new techniques. Some of the techniques are new to me and the mixing of different grains to result in different textures and tastes are fascinating to me. It makes me want to experiment to see what I can create. I am still reading the book but am halfway through and enjoying it. I am so happy to have bought the actual physical version of this book. It arrived in good condition, actually looks brand new.
