    Works okay.

    Not sure if anyone else has the same issue as mine, but right out of the box, mine has a little fan rattle noise. Installation was easy for me, but someone with no knowledge of basic home electrical stuff might need some assistance from an electrician.

    Looks nice.

    We bought this to replace our old one, which was disgustingly caked with grease. We bought the exact same model we had before, but black instead of almond. Installation was a cinch, and it looks great. A ductless fan like this is not as effective as a ducted one, but we have no choice with the way our kitchen is set up.
