The seller was very responsive to questions prior to purchase and very communicative about shipping times. The box arrived almost in tatters. Three of the corners had busted out, and the tape was the only thing holding the contents in; however, due to the extreme care that the seller took in packaging my books, all of the bubble- and plastic-wrapped books were in pristine condition. A++ Would buy from again.
