    I was excited to order this item, but very disappointed upon receiving it. Though listed as 'New', the box was already opened and slightly damaged. It clearly didn’t match the description. I contacted the seller, hoping for a resolution, but was shocked by the rude and impolite response. I’ve never faced such an experience on eBay before. This has left me extremely dissatisfied. Now falsely claims damage, showing only an open box photo. Product was from a new sealed batch (100 units). Clear manipulation attempt. Case escalated to eBay and legal team.

    Great TDP for 8 cores processor (ryzen 5700x)

    An amazing performance compared to my previous 5600x which didn't have that 2cores extra. Now when i have 4 emulators on it doesn't lag. also has a low tdp (65w) which is just unbelievable for 8 cores. I'm very happy with it. low price

    Nice CPU shame about the packaging (AMD bad, naughty AMD)

    Great Ryzen product. Going from a 3600XT to the 5700X was quite a nice jump in performance at a reasonable price. AMD should sort out their packaging though, as there is no need for a box that is made for a CPU and cooler when you are only buying the CPU, I would not mind so much if a cardboard filler was inside, but no just lots of plastic. The CPU itself had no issues at all, the ASUS X570 motherboard had the original BIOS installed and still the CPU was recognised and worked flawlessly. The BIOS was updated to the latest a few hours later, but no real difference was seen in performance or stability. The CPU was purchased for my 2nd PC that is mostly used by my partner to play Rust with friends on discord, or watch rubbish on gootube. It loads up a little quicker, and a few FPS was ...

    Great alternative to the 5800x if you want a lot less power. Idling temperature is around 50c, under load around 85-90 which is normal without extensive cooling.
