As this is a small company they have to keep costs down so they can give the customer the best value for money so items take slightly longer to arrive. I have just received me replacement from them and everything is great. Delivery by courier. I would definitely recommend this seller.

The seller was very apologetic and replaced them immediately, this time using Royal Mail. I will give 5/5 for dispatch time, because he did try. 5/5 for seller communication, because I needed to communicate this time, rather than it being by default, when I did not. They look OK and should be easy to use.
