Snake guard will do the job.
I found the product to fit well, and it's seems tough enough to deflect a snake bite. I'm not interested in testing them, but will wear them, and hope I don't need them. The ciips are light weight and won't take rough treatment, but should do fine when care is taken with them. I may glue on velcro just for added security.
