      I bought an auto trans, 2+1 seats & a diff. Seller was initially kind & gave a pallet discount. When it arrived, the torque converter was missing. Seller blamed an employee & sent one 3 weeks later but it was faulty. I asked to return the TC, but he refused and demanded the whole pallet back. Packing was very poor, and the seats arrived scratched. Had to buy a new TC and take the hit as I had already refurbed and installed the diff and seats. Seats had missing panels, levers and a broken cable.

      Firstly, everything ordered by the buyer was photographed and the condition of all items were visible on the images. In terms of the refund, the buyer complained about all the items, not just the converter, therefore i requested the full pallet be returned. I was prepared to provide a full refund, however i recieved nothing from the buyer, just a negative comment. I dont recommed this buyer.
