I bought this item at the listed price, the seller then canceled a few days later without shipping it saying that their inventory was wrong and that they no longer have it. The seller lied, he has it relisted at a higher price in his shop right now. Avoid this seller at all costs, they are dishonest and will lie right to your face about the items they offer. I attached a pic of his message as proof.

    Icom-706mkIIG

    Good radio but very shortly icom will be removing this last model off of there repair listing because parts are getting hard to find. Seems to be a great DO-ALL type radio and very solid. Watch out for the plug in power connector as it gets loose pins. You might want to order up a heavy duty plug and 12 ga. Cord with fuses installed from MFJ company. I will be using this as base and mobile.

    Great radio. An has all the features that you would need to talk anywhere.

    Icom has always had great products the radio performs like it should. I have 2 of these an have had great results from them an the people I talk to either here in the united states or over seas say it sounds great.
