The item (a beer stein from the SS Norway) arrived on time, in the condition advertised, and packaged well to avoid damage. I have a pretty good collection of items related to the SS France/SS Norway, but this was something I'd never seen before, so, of course, I am very happy with my purchase and would ABSOLUTELY do business with this seller again. :D
