    this seller post me faulty item, tell buyer cancel return item on the bay account, so they can send replacement. After all done they request return item so they can send replacement. after Buyer did everything seller asked, seller request buyer change their bad review to good reviews and then seller will send replacement otherwise they will not do it. Buyer said they will change their review after received their replacement, but did not received item until now. This is really bad business.
