    Unbelievable optical quality, ruggedness, not super light, because of the former, which is GOOD.

    Optics--superb...Price--unbelievably low for the quality...Rugged--absolutely...Ergonomics--I love porros, but these roof prisms are GREAT, extremely durable, but not chincy lightweight. Look to be very, very well built. Of course, you could get the Swar's for nearly two grand. I would suggest you buy two pair.

    Got to Demo than bought my Own

    My friend who is a serious birder gave me a chance to demo her Athlon Midas binoculars that I didn't want to give back. My previous model was Steiner Predator.
