  • Peppers Galore!!

I must say this is certainly one of my best cookbooks and what a super HOT price! I like the size and the cover better than the larger hardcover. If you like peppers, this is the best cookbook you will ever find. It has a section that illustrates the different peppers. The recipes are wonderful. You can't get a better cookbook for those who like those peppers. Definitely 5 stars on this one.
