Steam Deck
Setting up the Steam Deck for the first time you may run into issues regarding your home Wi-Fi. Once that is resolved it’s really a breeze. Playing Triple A games that would require a home console such as a PS4, Xbox, or PC is really nice. I have PlayStation games like God of War and Days Gone running at ultra high settings at 720p and 7 inch screen looks better than on a PS4 with 32 inch screen. Battery life for these games depend on screen brightness, graphics setting, and volume. Usually 2.5 to 3 hours. The battery is only 5184 milla amp. The system is actually very light probably only 100 grams heavier than the Nintendo Switch Oled. It does have haptic feedback and vibration. The unit itself is ver ergonomic and comfortable to use for extended play sessions without hand cramping. The UI is snappy between a Steam button that contains all the settings and you library and the store page the other button on your right side below the touch pad is used for your friends list and chat. There are over 3000 games you can play on it at the moment. If it has a green circle check mark next to the game it means it certified for the deck. A yellow circle with explanation mark means it’s playable but only partial where you might have to use the mouse trackpads. If it has a empty white circle next to it means it’s not playable or certified for the Steam Deck. Now don’t worry there are some games like this than run perfectly fine on it with no issues even if hasn’t been certified. Examples Red Dead Redemption 2 and Modern Warfare Remastered. Overall it’s a very good product but it won’t replace the Nintendo Switch if you happen to own one.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
