    Don’t trust the seller. He advertised as “New” but the item was scratched, had dandruff on it and reeked of smoke. I requested a return, which was approved. The seller refused to provide a label, which is his responsibility since he sold a misrepresented item, confirmed by EBay rep. He’s demanding I send the item back, claiming he paid return shipping and threatens to file a police report. The eBay rep (I have spoken to 3x) said he has not provided a label and I have done all I am expected to do

    Do not do business with this guy. He shafted me on my purchase. He made we wait for over a week with absolutely no communication after I bought his item only to turn around and issue a refund. Some sellers on eBay are crooks. They have second thoughts after selling an item and then decide they don't want to sell the item and just issue a refund. It's wrong and they should be held in account. I do not understand people like this. No consideration for the buyer. 3rd time this has happened to me.

    Excellent Streaming Device

    I upgraded from my old Amazon Fire TV to the Apple TV 4K and it was like night and day. Everything loads so much faster, the parental controls are easy to use and the interface is clean and easy to use.

    Really good but...!

    This is really a solid product in many respects, Apple always puts out a good product. It was easy to set up if you are familiar with Apple sign on process. In my case, the best feature is that it does not buffer at all with my low Mbps speed I have living in a rural area. The remote is simple and very robust and chargeable thru an USB-C port. What I do not like is that it doesn't allow the use of a VPN with the full settings, in other words, you can use a VPN but cannot adjust the settings. Another issue is that it does not let you use a downloader for side apps (that's an Apple thing). Is very selective as fas apps (the Apple thing again...) Also, it doesn't have an ethernet port, you can only connect with WiFi. No USB port either. I am basically pleased however. I give 3 stars.

    One the best streaming box in the market period. The os is very snappy getting in and out of apps never a slowdown and the build quality screams premium product leave to apple to make quality products.
