Complete FALSE ADVERTISING. The original photo supplied for this was the actual pillow, and in the description it talks about the "Internal Foam Core" , and how it's a High Profile Pillow of 14cm. But when I receive the item, all I got was the Alpaca Cover. Why would I pay $154 for a pillow cover? They've since changed the Picture and Description. Well done. Lift your game, such a waste of Time. They were also absurdly late in delivery. Nile is a Poor Man's Amazon.
