    Quality Water Filter, fit, form, and function very good

    Seems to be of original quality, fit and function. Installation was easy, so far water quality vs other OEM filters I used is much better. Time will tell. I'm buying another one just have it on hand.

    Issues with late delivery

    The is no issue with the product, it's one of those things that are required so we need to have them to have safe drinking water. However, my issue is the delivery time it took to arrive, I was told it would arrive on Monday July 13th, it didn't arrive until Wednesday 2 days later. The filter was needed in our rental home and we were leaving there (SC) on Friday morning and needed to get a new filter installed before we left. If things are not going to be delivered on a timely basis and if time is of the essence, you may want to determine if you want to role the dice that the product will arrive in time. I rated the value as a "NO" because they are way to expensive, as I said they are needed.........

    Ready when I need the filter.

    I have not used the product as of yet. A reminder light on the fridge came on to order new filters. Now I am ready to go when it says to change the filter. It was a good value compared to the store prices and came in good time.

    One of three broken.

    I received the water filters on the seventh. Sooner than I expected. I opened all three boxes to inspect the condition of the products. Two were just fine. The third, however, had one of the two spouts broken. The deal would have been great had all three been serviceable. With only two in working order, not such a good deal. CA Pillow

    Yanked out the old filter, insert new filter & run out 4 gallons of water to clear it up So far it's been doing Fine & no leaks All clean & tasting fine... If you need one, get one !
