Listing advertised no packaging, but parts included as per retail package. When I asked about the missing parts, seller said they do not stock parts for this item, and offered a refund. A ruse for their error. I'll keep the two Beetles, which otherwise work as expected, thank you. Be advised: Grandpa does not know what he is selling.

I returned the unit and almost 4 weeks after he received the returned item he still had not issued a refund. I contacted the seller for an explanation and he claimed not to have received unit back despite having issued the return label, which contains tracking information. Communication was polite but seller was unefficient.
