Have sent 3 messages and none have been returned. Seller says he dropped it off within 24 hours of purchase. Seller didn't print the label until 29 hours after purchase so no way they shipped it in 24. Fedex never shows receiving the package. Even if they did, they probably wouldn't have shipped it since they only paid for 3 pounds of shipping when the pump weighs over 8. Ebay had to step in and give me my refund and I never heard anything back from seller after asking for my refund.

You can see it was used; touchscreen had defects and didn’t respond to all button. Seller tried to say it was still new and my pins for hot tub were wrong.
