      Definitely unexpected. SFCO originally sent me the wrong product. It had a very similar name to what I ordered, so it made sense - mistakes happen. In trying to figure out the mixup, eBay refunded me the entire amount. SFCO reached out to me with an apology and sent me my original order completely free of charge. I offered to return the incorrect item, but they insisted that I have both for free. So I received two items and paid nothing. Mistakes happen; reactions define. SFCO was great.

      The seller shipped the book quickly, it was carefully rolled in a bubble mailer pouch and put into a close fitting cardboard box. The book still had its original cling wrap so it was definitely brand new as described. Despite the book apparently being out of print, the seller charged a reasonable price and didn’t try to scalp me on the product.
