I again reached out to my postmaster who confirmed there is a tracking number from a created label, but that is as far as my package got. Purchase was made 4/29, request for refund was made 5/7. I was refunded immediately, which pretty much says they never shippedy purchase.

    Holds great for my fine hair doesn’t slide out of place like the longer ones available.

    Priced higher than in the 80’s but nothing comparability on the market holds my hair so it’s worth it. Bought two packs so should last for years. Glad I finally found this item.
