    Had read a newspaper article recommending this book. I am so glad I bought it. I’ve only had it a week and already lost 4lb - believe me, no other diet has worked like this for me. I was a bit disappointed at first as it just sounds like the Keto diet, but when you read the book and understand what food does to your body, it all makes sense. It involves eating to a restricted time span too - eg 11am to 8pm. I haven’t stuck rigidly to the plan - I’ve reduced rather than totally cut out some of the foods otherwise it would be a bit too drastic for me, but I’ve still lost weight ! Great explanations of how/why we put on weight. I’m hoping to stick to this long term.
