My only issue was with delivery but that’s on usps as they didn’t update their tracking properly and then sent the package to a facility 10 minutes from me and then back to the edge of the state to two facilities two hours away and then back to the same facility 10 minutes away and then to my post office. Don’t recommend usps at all but will definitely recommend this seller. Checked the charge cycles and charge capacity and it was as described. I faced charging issues at the start however seller was very responsive and helped me troubleshoot issues. He even offered me to refund it in case of any issues. However with his help, I managed to get past the issues. Great seller!

My only critique is that the listing details said that the item came with a carrying case and then it arrived with no carrying case. The seller shipped immediately (with great packaging) and the main component of my purchase (a Steam Deck) was working as described, which is all that really matters to me.
