    The product arrived broken. There was absolutely no packing material to withstand the impact of the surrounding area. The seller claimed that the packaging was sufficient and refused to admit his fault. One cup was originally broken because it did not even have a splinter. He also claimed that I had broken it. I found this very unlikely.
