EHeim Jager Aquarian heater is a good reliable brand
I have two tanks and a pond all with turtles. Each of them has a EHeim Jager heater to keep the turtle warm at night in winter time. The pond has a 400W one I bought last year. It kept the whole pond 6ft x 8ft) warm. This 200W heater I bought now is for a 3ft tank with 3 baby turtles. They are all active in wanter time.

Better than fish sweaters.

I have had others but i feel the Germans have better products. I run all Ehiem Jager TruTemps in my fish room. I only had them for about a year so i guess i cant talk about long term durability yet. Problems with other brands is that they stay on 100% of the time and never shut off but maybe these will do the same over time. Time will tell.
