    Shipping can improve. Paper punch shipped in eBay padded envelope therefore received item damaged. Punch will work however, will not close d/t small piece broken - disappointing. Photo shows envelope used, item, and small piece which was found in envelope. Item as described, still works and is a value which is why I will give a positive experience however, in the future seller should ship these items in box with appropriate padding to prevent any damage.
