No remote control model is complete until you have a way to make it go. The Traxxas Slash Ultimate 4x4 ID Velineon Brushless ESC VXL motor is a three-setting brushless electronic racing motor. It is a model 3355R motor with an ID connector. It is compatible with 1:10 scale cars, trucks, and motorcycles. Since it is waterproof, you can use this in water vehicles as well. The three settings for this motor are Sport mode, Race mode, and Training mode.

    Great stock ESC simple easy to install and use .

    Works better than My 10 yr old one that went fritz. Don't want to get it under water but plenty water resistant . Seemed to perk up the car over all .Put with stock Rustler brushless motor .Functions as it should . Will be racing it soon .

    Do not buy this product doesnt last long at all!!

    When I got this in the mail I was very exited because my rustler would be running again. I installed it and my rustler worked great for about 1 week then the esc completely stopped working. I have 2 rustlers so I swapped esc with the other one and it worked perfect again so I know its a bad esc. I will not be buying this part again for this price to only last a week. I hope I can find some warranty on this and get replaced but I doubt there is any.

    Great esc

    I’m a big traxxas fan. I really love the 3355r set up. Plenty of power. There very reliable and the firmware is updatable. With the cooling fan added it runs super low temps. I’m my opinion there totally worth the money and the best option for a 1/10 scale rc. More than enough power.

    Quality velineon esc

    Wish is was packaged in a box rather then a bubble bag, small paint chips on cooling fins from shipping, otherwise works great and looks good (hidden by esc fan anyway) paird with 3351R 2 pole 3500kv motor (not 3351X)

    Traxxas ESC

    Right now I’m running a custom hand wound 6 turn single on quad cold pressed magnets with this Traxxas ESC with a 7 or 8 cell battery with no problems so far. But still not as good as my Japanese import ESC but whatever I now use a Traxxas TQi transmitter with Bluetooth
