They used the thinnest of plastic to keep postal cost down, instead of packaging within a box to protect the item. Came back to me with images straight way when trying to sell their product, but nothing back from them since I have contacted them with the issues around damage. Wanted to give them the opportunity to put right, but obviously not interested.
