Great but does deliberately stray from sounds of B-52s and other solo projects
Fred Schneider is always great, his vocals are great as usual like when he's with the B-52s. The big thing is the music is definitely not very much like the B-52s or even his other solo album or projects which was obviously deliberate by Fred. This is a more stripped down sound of rock guitar, bass, drums and only Fred singing. Barely any keyboards, no background vocals or harmonizing. Don't expect another B-52s album for this one, only expect "just fred"....aptly named!
