Said open box so i wrongly assumed unused. This controller has such a strong smell of perfume? lavender? that it's sickening. I have tried everything to remove it including contact cleaner and still it stinks.

Great controler, easy functions, nice sticks, buttons, D-pad!
I like the functioning of the controller, wish it was a little bigger to fit my hands better (however that is the only drawback I have found so far). I like the bluetooth functionality and the ability to remap the controls.

Solid Controller
I usually prefer official controllers because they almost always work right. This one is no exception. I bought it to have as second controller for my XBOX One S and to use the second Li-Ion battery that I got with my rechargeable kit. The controller works great, it was easy to pair and works just as well as the one that came with my console. All of the buttons work great, as do both sticks. But, this was the anticipated result as I've bought a few Microsoft controllers in the past and they all work great.

Bought to use in combination with 8bitDo on the Nintendo Switch. Works well and was super clean for being a used white controller. Feels good in the hands. The right joystick is a it sticky but that I can take care of on my own

Okay. Bad right bumper.
The controller came in good condition. It was clean but the right bumper button has seemingly two pressure levels when it really should just snap down and snap up. The rest of the buttons are fine.

Controller works very well. It is used/refurbished so there may be something up with it. My bumpers feel a bit iffy, but work relatively perfect and is my only complain, but even then it wouldn’t stop me from buying another.

Wont do it again
Well I guess this is what I get for buying a used controller. Had high hopes but there is an issue where the left joystick and D pad are extremely sensitive and using them to do anything on the console is impossible. I CANT get it to reset and it was obviously broken before it was sent to me. I have an controller that works just fine. Totally disappointed

Item worked for a few months as a backup controller. Left stick drift sets in after a dozen uses. Buttons click. Shell cut incorrectly. Battery has to be forced into a tight space. No longer works.
