The only problem was I received the wrong troll. I contacted the seller and they responded quickly. The seller gave me an option to return the troll or make a $5 offer on the one I originally ordered and keep the troll I received. Since I didn’t know how to return it I opt to make the $5 offer. I was really impressed with this seller because they offer to make things right.

The item was ordered on a Sunday and shipped out on a Tuesday, which I would consider next day shipping. The value was great for the item ordered. Looks to have occurred during shipping as the photos of the cartridge provided by the seller in the listing does not indicate the damage. Seller had reached out in apologies for the issue that occurred during shipping and graciously provided a partial refund for the overall sale.
