    This collectible arrived covered in bubble-wrap, no outer box. The OEM box was completely destroyed and the factory seal was broken. Contacted the seller and they are more interested in blaming the shipper than taking responsibility for their "cheap" packaging. Item should have been shipped in a box for protection. This could have turned out bad, but at least the actual item was not broken or had parts missing. I will refrain from using this seller in the future.

    Really like my new mixer!

    This is the best price I found for a new KitchenAid artisan online. All the pieces are there, it was delivered when promised, and it works great. I used it tonight to make cauliflower faux mashed potatoes. They came out great! The mixer is very easy to use, too.

    waste of $

    I have the stand model professional from Sam's club. this shield is designed to easily slip inside the rim of the mixing bowl. it does not. the inherent spring pressure from the plastic and the lack of sufficient friction make it difficult at best. it will not stay on the bowl. I have given up all together

    great product kitchen aid is worth the money

    It is a little loud and heavy although I have only used it twice so far. It stays on my counter and I just have to slide it out and dont have to lift. It really takes the work out of mixing. I made a cake and mixed meatballs in it and it came out great. It is also made well. I think this is going to work out well for me. I also want to get the attachment to shred and grate since I love to get fresh romano cheese in a block .

    Good, but not great!

    The mixer wouldn't set flat on the counter. The front of the mixer set about 1/8 of inch up off the counter in front but we decided to keep it because it was the best price compared to the other ones on ebay.
