Best bridge camera i have used
the zoom feature is what made me purchase this camera, yes the P900 has 23 times more zoom but the focal length of the P900 is 4000mm and the P610 with the dynamic zoom brings this camera up to 5760mm in the old focal length, i have taken some of the most stunning moon pictures and video at night and have even been able to get a shot of a star, its easy to use and all settings you turn to have a submenu which is very easy to setup, i would recommend this camera to anyone that asked me what it is like to use, great price as well and even tho it only has a 12 month warranty being refurbished, its a genuine nikon warranty and 2 other refurbished cameras i have purchased are still going strong after 15 months and the other after 3 years,Verified purchase: YesCondition: Refurbished

Great Zoom and Quality Photos!
This camera has amazing features and excellent image quality for the price. The photos taken on the automatic setting are excellent but there are plenty of manual settings that can be applied. The 60x zoom is incredible and makes this camera very portable without having to lug around extra lenses. For 6 x 4 and 5 x 7 prints the image quality is as good as far more expensive cameras. For images at 8 x 10 and larger there is a slight difference in quality noticed. I have owned a much more expensive Nikon DSLR previously, but this camera is almost as good and is much easier and more functional to use. The automatic eye recognition viewfinder is outstanding as I take most of my photos by looking through the viewfinder. The flash is excellent and quite powerful.
