However, eBay's 3rd-party Call Center appears to be committing fraud by hanging up on the first ring (5 times) or hanging up as soon as we call (twice) with a problem entering tracking (no longer accepted despite instructions to the contrary) to "jack up" their "processed calls" totals so that EBay can overcharge sellers... the coordination between its CS dept, Integrity dept and Fraud dept appears to be a completely closed loop with zero actual help from any eBay entity.

The item, first off, was not delivered even though the carrier and UPS site state that it was. On top of that the seller was beyond lacking in communication in general and also providing a tracking number. When they did communicate it was only to tell me that the order could not be fulfilled.
