Packing was secure and simple and the MacBook was exacly as described, I might say even better than described in the listing. Packaging good, but box only held together with a couple of strips of fragile tape, which were about to burst open. Arrived OK, though. The laptop is in excellent condition - better than I expected from the description. Great price for this year and spec, plus pre-loaded with macOS Sonoma 14.7.6. and MS Office. I've had it 3 days and no problems so far. I would buy from this seller again.
