I'm no expert but It has a long finish, tannins are not heavy, flavours seem complex with some oak evident (which I like). Probably not surprising for a red wine that has been bottle ageing for 19 years. As suggested I used one of those two pronged corkscrews to open the bottle and only a small piece of cork came off. We'll see how the others go but right now I would buy again.
