Stating it was used and i believe someone had used something on it because it is extremely shinny. It should be in powder form with striasian lines from never being used. This seller could only say it was new. It's a lie! as you can see by my photos. I sent photos of my blue UD new and used (along with my used purple and UD they sold me) to prove neither is ever shinny and lumpy like what I was sold.
