Not sure if it was new or not but it was in excellent shape. However it took too long to ship and the seller did not let me know in advanced that they were going to be delayed in shipping it out. I had to reach out multiple times for updates. In the end it was delivered and all was well so I am satisfied. It just took a week longer than it should have based on the initial listing.

Ebay was no help. Seller offered a partial refund and tried to do what they could do. I put neutral because I feel Ebay did not back their itemsand it wasn’t my fault or the sellers but the seller did try to resolve the issue without losing all her money it wasn’t her fault so she shouldn’t be out of the money.
