    A button fell out of the orignal and my handicapped daughter could not navigate U-Tube

    Ordered new identical remotes. They came and worked just fine. Ordered two just in case we had another button failure. When ordering make sure you order the exact same model number that is on your non-working remote. Samsung has a scad of different remotes, that look the same.

    Bad design made even cheaper in reproduction

    Nothing could feel cheaper. I hope I don't drop it! On a more specific note.. it would be nice if it were designed so that you could push a button on it when it is laying on a table. No such luck. The dumb round back makes impossible. "You get what you pay for..."

    I'm really happy that I decided to get this remote instead of getting an universal remote. Delivery was earlier than expected. It was packaged well. The remote works great there is no need to program/pair the remote all you have to do is add batteries!     Extremely appreciative of the fact that this remote was an original. There are many generic remotes out there. This one has exactly the same functions and button arrangement and symbols on the buttons as the one that came with my wide-screen TV. Sometimes change isn't better! I try to always go OEM, glad I did.
