Item listed as "Opened, never used" What arrived was dusty, and missing the following items No power supply No ADSL splitter box No ethernet cable No phone cable Seller claims to own it since new, and claims to have checked the contents before listing. Serial numbers on box and unit don't match Seller won't even refund $35 for a power supply to be purchased Only box picture. AVOID at all costs.Reply from: rarestack- Feedback replied by seller rarestack.- Feedback replied by seller rarestack.Buyer attempted a refund scam, first claiming the item was not received. They later posted feedback photos proving they received a unit, but it was their own used model with mismatched serial numbers. Buyer admitted to owning the same model and made false claims in their feedback after refund was refused. eBay ruled the “item not received” case in my favour and is reviewing this feedback for removal.
