Excellent Buy!
Purchased this as a gift and it was like new with a case and the owner's manual. Eliminates the guesswork of putting the right amount of torque on a fastener. Especially needed when tightening fasteners into aluminum like cylinder heads or transmissions. No scratches on this and the black finish on the socket stub direction adjusting ring on the head do not show signs of wear i.e. the finish being worn off. Chrome on the scales near the handle as well as the red scale graduations look new without wear.
