I received the bracelet and pulled it out of the packaging when I notices one side was barely attached. I contacted the seller who indicated that the bracelet was in perfect condition even though I sent a picture of the item showing obvious craftsmanship issues. DO NOT BUY FROM A VENDOR WHO DOES NOT BACK THEIR PRUDUCT!

We shipped an absolutely new bracelet, checked before shipping, it was in perfect condition.If the bracelet is damaged, why did the buyer not want to send it back?We always are ready to solve the problem if there is. But the Buyer wanted to keep the bracelet and get a refund or new one..This is not honest.
